If you are planning a trek with BoardingPaas, please review these mandatory requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mandatory Licensed Guide (\u201cNo Guide, No Trek\u201d)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Application: Individual applications are no longer accepted. BoardingPaas will process your digital E-TIMS card on your behalf.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cost: * International: NPR 2,000 (~$15 USD) \/SAARC: NPR 1,000 (~$7.50 USD)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Validity: Valid for a single entry into your designated trekking region.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">E-TIMS Card (Digital Trekking Permit)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Application: Individual applications are no longer accepted. BoardingPaas will process your digital E-TIMS card on your behalf.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cost: * International: NPR 2,000 (~$15 USD) \/SAARC: NPR 1,000 (~$7.50 USD)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Validity: Valid for a single entry into your designated trekking region.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Restricted Area Permits (RAP)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Areas: Required for Upper Mustang, Manaslu, Upper Dolpo, etc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Note: These regions do not require a TIMS card but do require a specific RAP from the Department of Immigration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Group Rule: Even for restricted areas, a licensed guide is mandatory at all times.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Booking Checklist<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To process your permits, please provide BoardingPaas with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Passport: Copy of a passport valid for at least 6 months.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Photos: High-resolution digital passport-sized photos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Insurance: Mandatory coverage for high-altitude trekking and emergency helicopter evacuation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Visa: A valid Nepal Visa covering your entire trek duration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Compliance &amp; Safety<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25cf Checkpoints: You must present your E-TIMS QR code and Park Permits at all administrative and police checkpoints.<br>\u25cf Penalty: Trekking without a guide or valid permits results in a NPR 12,000 fine plus permit costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Note: Cold temperatures drain batteries rapidly!
